Demand Planning Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a Demand Planning Executive to manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, and product availability across channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare SKU-level demand forecasts using historical sales, trends, seasonality, and business inputs.
• Track forecast vs. actual sales and analyse demand variances.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams for demand planning.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify stock-out, excess, and slow-moving inventory.
• Support monthly/weekly demand planning and new product launches.
• Prepare MIS and dashboards for forecast accuracy, inventory, and availability.
• Ensure optimum inventory levels while maintaining product availability.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Demand Planning / Forecasting / Supply Chain / Inventory Planning.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel; ERP/SAP experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• FMCG, D2C, Retail, or E-commerce experience preferred.
