Demand Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse & Site Stock Planning: Plan and maintain stock levels at warehouses (MMS, Modules, BOS, etc.) to align with B2B site requirements and prevent stock-outs.
• MR Creation & Procurement Coordination: Generate Material Requisitions (MR), drive order processing, and coordinate closely with procurement to ensure timely fulfillment.
• OTIF Order Management: Manage daily and weekly stock orders to consistently deliver a 100% On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery rate across all project sites.
• Data & Reporting Visibility: Build and maintain operational reports/dashboards to ensure real-time inventory and delivery visibility across the organization.
• Warehouse & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse operations, track demand side SCM metrics, and ensure vendor delivery cycles and lead-time SLAs with the procurement function.
• Residual Inventory management: Recovery of the surplus/defective/return material cycle from ongoing, completed projects

**Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Material Planning, or Warehouse Operations (B2B, Infrastructure, EPC, or Renewable Energy preferred).
• Core Expertise: Solid understanding of supply chain cycles, key SCM metrics, warehouse operations, and vendor cycle management.
• Analytical Skills: Hands-on experience with analytical tools, systems, and enterprise software (ERP, Excel/Sheets, BI tools).
• Soft Skills: Highly self-driven with strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional coordination ability.**
