Demand-Supply Planner

About the role

ARNIR (Thailand) Limited is seeking a skilled Demand-Supply Planner to join our dynamic team in Pathum Thani. As a Demand-Supply Planner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our production and logistics operations to meet customer demands efficiently. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Analyse sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacities to develop accurate demand and supply plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the procurement, manufacturing, and distribution of products
• Identify and resolve supply-demand imbalances, ensuring optimal inventory levels and timely product availability
• Continuously monitor and adjust plans to respond to customer needs
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain planning tools and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Manage ERP/MRP weekly analysis

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Demand-Supply Planner or in a similar role within the manufacturing or logistics industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Proficient in the use of planning and scheduling software, such as ERP systems
• Good English and Thai communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
