About the Role

FinnovationZ is looking for a Demat Account Activation Executive responsible for activating Demat accounts after the initial account opening process. The role involves following up with clients, resolving pending KYC or documentation issues, coordinating with brokers/DPs, and ensuring accounts become fully operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients whose Demat accounts have been opened but are not yet fully activated.
• Identify and resolve pending KYC, document verification, and application-related issues.
• Guide clients through the remaining activation steps.
• Coordinate with brokers, Depository Participants (DPs), and internal teams to resolve activation delays.
• Track pending, rejected, and successfully activated accounts.
• Make regular calls and follow-ups to improve activation rates.
• Maintain daily activation reports and update CRM/Excel records.
• Help clients understand the next steps required to start using their Demat accounts.
• Achieve daily and monthly account activation targets.

Required Skills

• 23 years of hands-on experience in Demat account activation or post-account-opening operations.
• Strong knowledge of KYC verification and account activation procedures.
• Experience handling pending applications, documentation errors, and activation issues.
• Good telecalling, follow-up, and client-handling skills.
• Fluency in Hindi and Marathi.
• Experience coordinating with stockbrokers or DPs.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Background

Candidates from stockbroking firms, fintech companies, Demat operations, DP operations, and investment platforms will be preferred.
