• Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
• Able to maintain food quality, hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Disciplined, responsible, and willing to work in shifts.

Job Description

• Assist Chef in preparing and cooking food according to established recipes and standards.
• Prepare ingredients, mise en place, and kitchen equipment before service.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, portioning, and consistency are maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper storage of food and kitchen equipment.
• Support daily kitchen operations and assist in monitoring stock and minimizing food waste.
