About the Role

We are looking for passionate and energetic kitchen professionals from Demi Chef to Chef de Partie — to join our vibrant culinary team. You will be part of an open, skill-focused environment where quality, teamwork, and authentic Italian flavors come first. Perfect for those who want to grow their culinary skills in a friendly, fast-paced restaurant setting.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for food preparation and the kitchen operation
• Prepare ingredients and dishes to ensure they are prepared to the correct recipes and quality
• Ensure that the preparation and quality of food provided are consistently maintained
• Ensure all food products are produced in a professional manner and meet the company quality standard
• Maintain a good quality of the cuisine

What we are looking for:

• Diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate required. Culinary school preferred.
• Relevant experience in a Western or Italian kitchen
• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn
• Able to deliver fantastic service in a high profile venue
• A high level of energy and a good team player
• Confident in running busy shifts
• English and Chinese (Cantonese) communication required

Working hours:

• 55 working hours per week (excluding meal breaks), scheduled over 5 days on a rotating roster. Meal breaks are arranged according to operational needs and company policy.
