Description

Atlas is seeking a skilled and motivated Demi Chef to join our acclaimed kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity to train under elite culinary leadership and contribute to one of Atlanta’s most celebrated dining destinations.

Your Role:

• Execute high-level prep and cooking duties with precision
• Work specific stations with minimal supervision
• Assist with training and mentoring junior cooks
• Ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to plating standards

Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in a fine dining kitchen or luxury hotel
• Proficient in kitchen techniques and station management
• Committed to cleanliness, consistency, and refinement
• Thrives under pressure and seeks continuous improvement

Salary Description

$19-$20/hr
