Job Description

North Willow Consulting is hiring an experienced Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) for a reputed restaurant and hospitality client in Kolkata.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tandoor and Sigri and be comfortable working in a professional restaurant kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Tandoor and Sigri dishes
• Handle day-to-day preparation for the assigned kitchen section
• Ensure consistency in food quality and preparation
• Follow recipes, portion standards and kitchen instructions
• Coordinate with the CDP and other kitchen team members
• Ensure timely preparation of orders during service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work station
• Follow food-safety and kitchen hygiene standards

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant kitchen experience
• Hands-on knowledge of Tandoor and Sigri is mandatory
• Relevant restaurant/hotel kitchen experience
• Ability to work efficiently during busy service hours
• Immediate joiners preferred
