DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join our growing culinary team. In this role, you will take ownership of daily preparation tasks, execute high-quality dishes during service, and oversee junior cooks on your assigned station. • Ensure all mise en place is fully stocked and organised ahead of service.
• Take full charge of the station during the Chef de Partie’s absence.
• Adapt quickly to different kitchen sections as operational needs dictate.Supervise and train Commis Chefs, apprentices, and kitchen porters.
• Help delegate daily prep tasks to maintain a smooth kitchen workflow.
• Lead by example to maintain a positive and collaborative team environment.

Ensure strict adherence to HACCP, food safety, and sanitisation regulations.

• Monitor station inventory, label ingredients correctly, and enforce FIFO stock rotation.
• Monitor portion control and ingredient usage to actively minimise food waste.

Pay: From QAR2,000.00 per month
