Demo Assistant

Demo: Coordinates with the inventory team and purchasing in receiving newly purchased demo items and items loaned by the supplier License: Coordinates with the purchasing, PMAG and Order Management team regarding the licenses and Open POs Coordinates with the Order Management team and requestor in preparing the demo units needed. Items prepared are to be coordinated with the dispatching team. Receives and coordinates licenses to the Order Management and Product Manager. Monitor and reports license inventory. Finds ways to improve the Demo Process and the Operations. Back up of other Demo Controllers.

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of a 4-year course Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science 0 – 6 months; Newly Graduates can be considered Above Average Analytical Skills Others: Fast Learner, Open Minded, Passionate, Computer Skills
