Demolition Laborer

Sage Demolition is looking for a dependable, hardworking demolition laborer to support crews on a variety of demolition projects — from single-family homes to large commercial and industrial structures.

Pay: $18/hr – $23/hr, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on demolition work on structures ranging from residential homes to large commercial/industrial buildings
• Sort and manage debris/materials as needed on-site
• Facilitate dust management on job site
• Assist equipment operators and skilled trades as needed on-site
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Follow direction from site supervisors and crew leads

Required

• Drivers license and clean driving record (MVR review required)
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and adhere to company drug & alcohol policy
• Strong sense of punctuality and reliability
• Ability to work in outdoor, active construction/demolition environments
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor (lifting, carrying, prolonged standing/walking)

Preferred

• Familiarity with demolition or construction job site operations
• Basic hand and power tool experience
• Proficient in Spanish
