Demolition Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Demolition Superintendent to oversee daily demolition operations, supervise field crews, coordinate job-site activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Supervise demolition crews and daily job-site operations. Ensure Compliance With Safety Procedures And Project Requirements. Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors. Monitor project progress, quality, and productivity. Communicate with project managers and provide daily updates. Qualifications 2+ years of demolition or construction experience. Previous Supervisory/leadership Experience Preferred. Strong knowledge of job-site safety and demolition practices.
