Our modern, patient-focused dental practice in Stouffville is looking for an energetic Dental Receptionist to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome patients and create a warm, positive first impression
• Manage appointments, recalls, and treatment scheduling
• Handle insurance submissions, payments, and patient inquiries
• Support the clinical team with smooth patient flow
• Deliver outstanding customer service every day

What We’re Looking For:

• Two Saturdays a month are required
• Previous dental reception or dental office experience preferred
• A friendly, professional communicator
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Someone reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to grow
• Knowledge of CLEARDENT dental software an asset
