Dental Appointment Scheduler

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing dental patients.
• Contact new patients who have expressed interest in our dental services.
• Schedule overdue dental cleanings, examinations, and follow-up visits.
• Reach out to patients with diagnosed but unscheduled dental treatment.
• Contact patients who have canceled or missed previous appointments.
• Reactivate inactive patients and encourage them to return for care.
• Fill appointment openings and last-minute cancellations.
• Record calls, patient responses, and scheduled appointments in our dental software.
• Follow up consistently with patients who have not yet scheduled.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and patient-focused telephone manner.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental office, appointment scheduling, telemarketing, or outbound customer service is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dental practice management software.
• Experience with Easy Dental is a plus.
• Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Able to work independently and contribute to the growth of our practice.
