Dental Assistant & Patient Coordinator

V3 Dental Clinic – Coimbatore

We are looking for a responsible and friendly Dental Assistant & Patient Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures and treatments.
• Prepare and arrange dental instruments, materials, and treatment rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sterilization of dental instruments.
• Support the dentist and clinic team during patient procedures.
• Welcome patients and provide basic assistance throughout their visit.
• Make and receive patient calls for appointment booking and confirmation.
• Follow up with patients regarding upcoming appointments and treatment visits.
• Handle appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient records.
• Communicate politely with patients and provide basic information about appointments.
• Coordinate with the dentist and front-office team for smooth patient flow.
• Perform other clinic-related duties as required.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of dental assisting and clinic procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to handle patient calls and appointment scheduling.
• Freshers with relevant training can apply.
• Previous dental clinic experience will be an advantage.

Working Hours

9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
4:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Compensation

₹12,000 per month
Performance-based incentives available.

Location: Coimbatore
