Job Position:

We are hiring a full-time or part-time dental assistant to join our dental practice. You will be assisting primarily with back-office duties. Previous experience is plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. NEW GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!

Responsibilities:

• Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments
• Set up instrument trays, prepare materials, and assist with dental procedures
• Take good digital x-rays of teeth
• Take preliminary impressions for study models
• Fabricate temporary restorations and crowns

Qualifications:

• Certification or associate degree in an accredited dental assisting program
• Dental x-ray certification
• Experience using Dentrix software is a plus
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
• At least 1 year of dental assisting experience is a plus.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Consistently professional appearance and attitude

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
