Core Competencies

• • Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience
• • Comfortable with treatment planning and presenting treatment to patients
• • Experience with iTero Scanner a plus
• • Experience with Invisalign a plus but not required
• • Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus but not required

Essential Functions

• • Mastery in chair-side dental assisting
• • Efficiency in making temporary crowns, taking iTero scans, and assisting with Invisalign
• • Comfortable discussing financials and collecting payments with patients
• • Impeccable organization for inventory control
• • Excellent communication skills
• • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• • A willingness to be flexible and accommodating with your schedule, including the understanding that patient care occasionally requires end times to run a little past the scheduled close
• • Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness, and customer service
