Dental Assistant

We are a high-performing technology-driven dental practice seeking an experienced dental assistant who takes ownership, works efficiently, and is confident in a fast-paced, fully digital environment.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a top-tier assistant who is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to excellence in patient care.

Modern Dentistry, Modern Workflow

• Fully digital workflow (iTero, Dexis, Dentrix)
• Same-day dentistry (CAD/CAM milling and crown design)
• High clinical standards and strong reliable team accountability

Core Responsibilities

• High-level chairside assisting for restorative, crown, implant and periodontal procedures
• Execute and support CAD/CAM same-day crown workflows
• Confident use of iTero scanner for digital impressions
• Accurate capture of digital x-rays
• Maintain strong clinical efficiency and anticipate doctors needs
• Uphold strict infection control and OSHA standards
• Deliver an elevated, professional patient experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of dental assisting experience
• Strong working knowledge of Dentrix, Dexis, and iTero
• Experience with CAD/CAM. CEREC, or milling crowns
• Proven ability to work independently and stay ahead of schedule
• Highly organized, reliable, and accountable
