We’re looking for an exceptional Dental Assistant to join the founding team at Sozo Dental, a new biologic dental practice focused on comprehensive, patient-centered care.

This is an opportunity to be part of something from the beginning — helping create an elevated dental experience where clinical excellence, whole-person wellness, and genuine patient relationships come together.

What You’ll Do

● Assist the dentist with comprehensive restorative and biologic dentistry

● Prepare treatment rooms and maintain excellent clinical standards

● Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans

● Assist with restorative, surgical, periodontal, and preventive procedures

● Help provide an exceptional, calming patient experience

● Maintain sterilization and infection-control standards

● Educate patients and help them understand their treatment

● Work closely with the doctor and team to create a highly organized, positive practice

Level 1 Expanded Function is strongly preferred, but the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are just as important.

Experience: Dental assisting experience preferred
