What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Chairside assisting with the doctor
• Supporting smooth clinical flow throughout the day
• Taking radiographs, photos, and iTero digital scans
• Preparing thoroughly for each patient before they arrive
• Maintaining clean, organized operatories
• Sterilization and instrument management
• Creating accurate electronic lab prescriptions
• Supporting same-day treatment discussions
• Writing detailed, accurate clinical notes
• Anticipating what your doctor, patients, and teammates need
• Taking ownership of your role and continuously looking for ways to make our clinical team better

The Good-to-Know Stuff

• 4-day work week
• Dental experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
• Customer service experience required
• Dentrix experience is a plus
• Pay based on experience
