Dental Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our growing dental healthcare team. The ideal candidate is responsible, attentive to detail, and passionate about providing excellent support to dentists while ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable experience for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist dentists during dental examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Prepare dental instruments, materials, and treatment rooms before procedures.
• Ensure all dental instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and maintained.
• Assist with patient preparation before, during, and after dental procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and infection-control standards in the treatment area.
• Prepare and manage dental materials and consumables required for treatment.
• Support dentists in maintaining an efficient and organized workflow.
• Provide assistance with patient positioning and comfort during treatment.
• Handle and dispose of medical and dental waste according to applicable procedures.
• Monitor and maintain adequate stock of dental instruments, materials, and supplies.

About you

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma in Dental Nursing/Dental Health is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant, preferably in a dental clinic or healthcare industry.
• Fresh graduates with relevant education or internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of dental instruments, procedures, sterilization, and infection control is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, service-oriented, and patient-focused attitude.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Willing to work according to clinic operating schedules, including Saturdays
