We are looking for someone who:

• Has dental assisting education, experience, or equivalent clinical training
• Is licensed or eligible for registration in Nova Scotia, if required for the position
• Has strong knowledge of infection prevention and control protocols
• Is comfortable with chairside assisting, operatory preparation, sterilization, and maintaining accurate patient records
• Communicates professionally and helps patients feel comfortable
• Works efficiently and remains organized in a busy environment
• Values reliability, teamwork, and a positive workplace
• Wants a stable position where they can feel appreciated and grow
