New Look Dental is a growing dental practice in Bateau Bay, and we're on the lookout for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our friendly, close-knit team on a part-time basis.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role working closely alongside our dentists across a range of general, cosmetic and implant procedures. You'll play a key part in making every patient's experience as smooth and comfortable as possible, from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave.

We place a high value on implant and surgical assisting experience, and we're prepared to offer above-market hourly rates to the right candidate — because great people deserve great pay.

What We're Looking For

• Previous dental assisting experience (required)
• Experience with dental implants and surgical procedures (highly regarded)
• A genuine interest in dentistry and delivering excellent patient care
• Reliable, punctual and professional with a positive attitude
• Organised and calm under pressure in a busy clinical environment
• Someone who takes pride in high standards of infection control

What You'll Be Doing

• Chairside assisting across general, cosmetic and implant procedures
• Preparing and setting up treatment rooms before each session
• Instrument and material preparation
• Sterilisation and infection control
• Supporting patients throughout their appointments with a calm, caring approach
• Always maintaining a professional and welcoming environment
