Dental Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic dental assistant to join our busy, privately owned practice in a permanent part-time position from Monday to Thursday.

This role suits a candidate with at least 1 year of experience as a dental assistant in Australia. Experience is preferable but not essential.

Main Responsibilities:

• A genuine interest in patient care and willingness to learn are essential.

• Chairside assistance and sterilisation duties

• Front office duties: answering calls, booking appointments, recalls, patient communication and processing payments, when required.

• Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms, ensuring strict infection control procedures

• Requirements:

• Strong communication and phone skills

• Ability to multi-task and work independently

• Reliable, polite, and committed to patient care

• Open to learning new technology

• Unrestricted Australian working rights

• Candidates with a Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting will be preferred.
