Dental Assistant

We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and the comfort of our patients. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Daily non-clinical operations of the office including patient satisfaction, hiring, performance and other business related functions
• Demonstrate sensitivity to patient needs
• Educate patients on payment options and secure patient financial commitment

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Treatment Planning
• Proficient with Open Dental Software (we are willing to train the right person!)
• Familiarity with dental office procedures and terminology
• Demonstrate the ability to build relationships with patients and staff
• Demonstrate the ability to solve problems by providing solutions
• Experience building structure to help a business run more efficiently

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
