Capac Family Dentistry is looking for a motivated individual to join our growing general dentistry practice. Experience and radiography certification a plus but willing to train the right individual. Our weekly schedule includes a 4 day work week with alternating Wednesdays and Fridays off.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing chair-side assistance to the dentist during dental procedures, preparing and sterilizing instruments, taking x-rays, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for dental treatment.
• Assist the dentist during dental procedures.
• Perform basic laboratory tasks such as taking impressions and pouring casts.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment.
• Maintain patient records.
• Provide patient education and instruction on oral hygiene techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
