Experienced Bilingual Dental Assistant — Spanish Required

We’re Hiring!

We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dental office.

Spanish fluency is a MUST for this position. The ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during examinations, procedures, and treatments
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Take dental X-rays and assist with digital imaging
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment
• Assist with patient care and provide a welcoming patient experience
• Take and record patient medical and dental histories
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Follow OSHA, infection control, and sterilization protocols
• Provide post-treatment instructions as directed by the dentist
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
• Communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking patients and assist with interpretation when needed
• Perform other dental assisting duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous dental assisting experience required
• Fluent Spanish is required
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with patients and as part of a team
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a busy dental office
• Current certifications/licenses required by state, if applicable
• Expanded functions certification is a plus
