Dental Assistant

As a Dental Assistant you will be an integral part of a collaborative team, assisting in a variety of dental procedures and ensuring a seamless patient experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures, including exams, restorative work, and cosmetic treatments.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment to ensure a safe and sterile environment.
• Take high-quality X-rays and assist with imaging as necessary.
• Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatments.
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and preventive care techniques.
• Manage patient records and maintain accurate, up-to-date charts.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining patient communication.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to all safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Dental Assistant certification or equivalent (required).
• Experience in dental assisting (2+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in taking X-rays and knowledge of dental terminology.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to make patients feel at ease.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-end dental environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
