About the Role

As a Dental Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting our dentists and clinical team while ensuring our patients receive an exceptional experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Confident chairside assisting
• Preparing surgeries, instruments and materials for treatment
• Anticipating the dentist's needs and supporting efficient clinical flow
• Welcoming and assisting patients throughout their appointments
• Sterilisation and infection control procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe clinical environment
• Updating and maintaining accurate patient records
• Preparing treatment rooms between patients
• Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day practice operations
• Providing a high level of patient care and customer service

About You

We are ideally seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who can confidently step into the role and become a valued member of our team.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience working as a Dental Assistant
• Confidence with chairside assisting
• A strong understanding of infection control and sterilisation
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to anticipate the dentist's needs and work efficiently
• A professional, friendly and patient-focused manner
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
• Strong reliability, punctuality and accountability
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a close-knit team

Experience with a variety of dental procedures and working alongside multiple dentists will be highly regarded.

Practice Hours

Monday: 8:15am – 5:00pm
Tuesday: 10:45am – 7:30pm
Wednesday: 8:15am – 5:00pm
Thursday: 9:45am – 6:00pm
Friday: 7:45am – 4:00pm

No weekend work.
