Duties

• Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures, including general dentistry, aesthetic restorative/cosmetic, CEREC, and Invisalign/occlusal guard workflows
• Provide chairsde assistance w/ instrumentation and charting for doctor and hygeine patients
• Take digital radiographs, intraoral photos, and iTero scans; gi ve clear homecare and postop instructions
• Maintain strict sterilization, disinfection, instrumental procesing and efficient room turnover (OSHA standards)
• Fabricate whitening trays, temporaries, and occlusal guards; place sealants and perform expanded duties and licensure allows (DA/EFDA/RDA)
• Review charts and schedule, participate in daily huddles, and communicate special needs or concerns
• Coordinate with the front office on next steps, referrals, and treatment followthrough so patients understand and complete recommended care
• Help manage backoffice organization, lab cases (sending, tracking, receiving), and clinacal inventory/supply ordering
• Build strong patient relationships ad support practice growth by confidently asking for referrals when appropriate

Pay: $23.77 - $28.63 per hour
