Dental Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant who shares our commitment to serving others through the lens of faith. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, support the dental team, and contribute to maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere that reflects our Christian values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including preparing instruments, materials, and ensuring patient comfort.

• Perform chairside duties, such as suctioning, passing instruments, and managing patient records.

• Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and post-procedure care with kindness and patience.

• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms in compliance with safety standards.

• Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and assist with front office duties as needed.

• Uphold the practice’s Christian values by demonstrating compassion, integrity, and respect in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Dental Assistant certification or equivalent training required.

• CPR certification preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a heart for serving others.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.

• A commitment to the Christian faith and a willingness to integrate faith into daily work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
