Job description:

• Sterilization of dental instruments.
• Follow WISHA protocols and use of PPE.
• Follow Standard Infection Control Protocols.
• Disinfection of dental operatories.
• Stocking operatories with dental supplies.
• Assisting Dr. chairside with dental procedures.
• Maintenance and lubrication of dental handpieces.
• Taking dental X-rays.
• Ordering dental supplies.

Would like candidate to eventually learn:

• Fabrication of temporary crowns.
• Placement of dental dam.
• Placement of retraction cord.

Assist the dentist in the quality care of dental patients. Assist the Dr. chair-side, sterilization of dental instruments, disinfection of treatment rooms, taking X-rays. Graduation from an accredited dental assisting school is preferred. Need graduation from accredited Dental Assisting School OR 6 months of dental assisting experience or as a sterilization tech . NEW GRADUATES WELCOME!! Customer service attitude a must. We follow the PTS principle - Patients 1st, Team 2nd, Self last. High school education or GED required. We want to have fun and help make our patients day!

Job Type: Full-time – Approximately 32 hours per week.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10-hour shift, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Lunch between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM.
• No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Seattle, WA 98101: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
