Dental Assistant – Will Train the Right Person | $20–$32/hr | Dimension Dental Care, Holmdel NJ

Dimension Dental Care is a friendly, patient-focused practice in Holmdel, and we're growing our team. We're looking for a dependable, caring Dental Assistant who wants to build a real career in dentistry. Experience is a plus, but it's not required. If you have the right attitude, we'll train you.

What you'll do

• Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable, especially nervous ones
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Assist the dentist chairside during procedures
• Help with patient records and x-rays (once certified)
• Explain post-treatment care so patients leave confident
• Keep the office running smoothly alongside a supportive team

Who you are

• Reliable. You show up on time and follow through. Our patients and team count on you.
• Eager to learn. You ask questions, take feedback well, and want to grow.
• Great with people. You're warm, patient, and good at reading how someone is feeling.
• Empathetic. You understand that a dental visit can be stressful, and you want to make it easier.
• Dental experience, x-ray certification, or RDA is a plus, but not required

Schedule: Full-time, no weekends

• Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Every other Friday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
