Dental Assistant

Dental Assistant – Full-Time

Pay: $18–$25 per hour

We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our growing dental team. The ideal candidate is a team player who is professional, organized, and passionate about providing excellent patient care.

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• 2 Saturdays per month required

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures and provide excellent chairside support
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
• Take and develop dental X-rays as permitted by applicable regulations
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
• Prepare patients for treatment and help ensure their comfort
• Assist with patient flow and clinical documentation
• Follow all infection-control and office safety procedures
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for patients
• Work collaboratively with doctors, hygienists, and the entire dental team
• Perform other clinical and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous dental assisting experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work Monday–Friday and 2 Saturdays per month
• California dental assisting credentials/certifications as required for the duties of the position

Compensation: $18–$25 per hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
