Dental Assistant – Invisalign Focused Private Practice (La Jolla)

We are a modern, patient-centered private dental practice in the heart of La Jolla looking for a friendly, motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team. Must be available Mondays and Thursdays with additional days as needed. Option to move to five days a weeks in the next six months.

Our practice has a strong focus on Invisalign and minimally invasive dentistry, and we pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a positive, supportive environment.

Position Details

• 14-30 hours per week
• Private practice in La Jolla
• Competitive pay based on experience

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting with four-handed dentistry
• Instrument sterilization and infection control
• Preparing and breaking down operatories
• Taking digital X-rays and iTero scans (preferred but willing to train the right candidate)
• Assisting with Invisalign procedures and patient education
• Maintaining an organized, efficient clinical environment
• Supporting the doctor and team to provide an outstanding patient experience

What We’re Looking For

• Dental Assistant or RDA (preferred)
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Team player who enjoys learning and growing
• Experience with Invisalign is a plus, but not required

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
