Job Overview
Glow Aligners is looking for an experienced and responsible Dental Assistant to support our dental team in providing efficient patient care and maintaining smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during dental procedures and treatments.
• Prepare and arrange dental instruments, materials, and treatment rooms.
• Assist with patient preparation and provide basic chairside support.
• Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control procedures.
• Handle and organize dental instruments and equipment.
• Support dentists during procedures such as aligner treatments, restorations, root canals, extractions, and other clinical procedures.
• Assist with patient records, treatment documentation, and follow-ups.
• Ensure the treatment area is clean, organized, and ready for patients.
• Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Provide a comfortable and professional experience for patients.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant.
• Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization protocols.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Patient-friendly, responsible, and attentive to detail.
• Prior experience in an orthodontic/aligner clinic will be an added advantage.
