As a Dental Assistant on our team you will have the following responsibilities:

• Provide excellent patient service, and address any inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Accurately document existing conditions and new treatment
• Sterilize and flip rooms between patients
• Assist Doctor with dental procedures when needed
• Manage patient flow to optimize scheduling and reduce wait times
• Maintain strict infection control procedures
• Answering phones to schedule appointments to ensure a full schedule
• Take payments and answer patient questions and concerns
• Teamwork, multi-tasking, and problem solving abilities
• Other responsibilities assigned by the doctor

Our ideal candidate will:

• Have a passion for dentistry and provide excellent customer service in a personable, positive manner
• 2+ years of Dental Front Desk experience (Preferred)
• 1+ years of Dental Assistant experience (Required)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Willingness to learn new things and work well on a team
• Oryx experience is a big plus!

Our Hours:

• Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 7:15 am - 5:00 pm
