We're looking for a positive, energetic, and skilled Registered Dental Assistant to join our Magnolia team!

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist doctors with a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, surgical, and implant dentistry.
• Create an outstanding patient experience by making every patient feel comfortable, informed, and cared for.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for efficient patient care.
• Capture high-quality digital X-rays, scans, and clinical photographs.
• Maintain exceptional sterilization, infection control, and clinical safety standards.
• Educate patients on treatment, post-operative care, and oral health.
• Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to keep the day running smoothly.
• Take initiative, anticipate the doctor's needs, and help create an efficient and positive clinical environment.

Our ideal candidate is:

• A Texas Registered Dental Assistant with current required certifications.
• Experienced in chairside assisting and comfortable with a variety of procedures.
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicating with patients.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• A team player who jumps in wherever needed.
• Eager to learn new technology, techniques, and procedures.
• Able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities and is always looking for ways to improve.
