Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese, enabling clear communication and a comforting experience for our Chinese-speaking patients. This role is a part-time position for Fridays and/or Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the endodontist during clinical procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas
• Take and process dental radiographs
• Provide pre- and post-operative instructions to patients
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Offer excellent chairside support and patient care
• Communicate with patients in English and Mandarin or Cantonese

Requirements:

• Dental Assisting certification (HARP certified if in Ontario)
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred (endodontic experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
