Dental Assistant — Miller Creek Family Dental
Full-time · Monday–Thursday · Traverse City, MI · $22-30/hr

Help build a practice from day one.
Miller Creek Family Dental is a new general dental office led by Dr. Tom Shoniker, caring for patients of all ages. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable dental assistant who wants more than a job: a real voice in how a new practice runs, a small team that values you, and no weekends.

What you’ll do

• Assist chairside with exams, fillings, crowns, extractions, implant restorations and clear aligner cases
• Take and process X-rays and impressions/scans
• Seat patients, review health histories and keep them comfortable
• Sterilize instruments and keep operatories clean, stocked and compliant
• Help set up the systems and routines that shape our office

What we’re looking for

• Dental assisting experience preferred; enthusiastic new grads welcome
• Michigan RDA a plus, but not required
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
• Warm with patients, especially kids and nervous adults
• Organized, adaptable and comfortable with the pace of a growing practice
