What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Previous dental assisting experience is required.
• Proficiency in digital intraoral scanning.
• Experience with gingival retraction cord placement and packing.
• Ability to fabricate, adjust, and cement temporary crowns.
• Proficiency in taking dental radiographs.
• Strong understanding of chairside assisting, infection control, and clinical workflows.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) registration.
• Experience with Open Dental software.
• Experience assisting with a variety of restorative and advanced dental procedures.
