Dental Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical chairside assistance to dentists during dental procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of dental instruments, equipment, and clinical procedures.
• Prepare and organize treatment rooms according to infection prevention and control protocols.
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment in accordance with established guidelines.
• Assist with patient preparation and ensure patients feel comfortable throughout their appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support clinical documentation as required.
• Follow established office procedures, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
• Build positive patient relationships while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient daily operations and quality patient care.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous hands-on dental assisting experience is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of chairside assisting, dental instruments, and clinical procedures.
• Familiarity with infection prevention, sterilization, and dental office protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• A patient-focused attitude and commitment to maintaining a professional clinical environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.22-$23.00 per hour
