Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Dental Assistant, with EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant) certification preferred but not required to join our team. The ideal candidate will have opportunity to learn new skills and is detail-oriented, a team player, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Provide chairside support and ensure patient comfort
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
• Follow all OSHA and infection control protocols
• Participate in training and continuing education
• Additional responsibilities as delegated by Dentist and Office Manager

Qualifications

• Dental assisting experience required (1+ year preferred)
• EFDA certification strongly preferred
• Radiology certification required (per state regulations)
• CEREC trained preferred
• Knowledge of dental software (EagleSoft experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday Thursday: 8am-5pm

Tuesday: 8am-3pm

Friday: 8am-1pm

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
