Dental Assistant

Allen Aesthetics is seeking a friendly, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent patient care, works well with others, and is eager to contribute to our professional dental environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient care
• Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures
• Take dental records
• Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control procedures
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment
• Provide patients with clear, compassionate support throughout their visit
• Update and maintain accurate patient records
• Assist with patient scheduling and other front-office duties as needed
• Provide post-treatment instructions and reinforce good oral-health practices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment

Qualifications

• Previous dental assisting experience required
• Fluency in intra-oral scanning required
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection-control standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Professional, positive, and compassionate attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced patient-care environment
