What they need
Long established dental practice is seeking a dental assistant. Dental assistant would help support two doctors and two established dental assistants on staff.
This position is available to begin in early to mid December.
Open to full time or part time possibilities. Office is open 8-5 during weekdays, and 8-1pm on Saturdays. Being able to work some Saturdays is preferred.
Ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of dental assisting experience and have DANB ICE certification. However, will consider candidates with little to no experience. Radiology certification is also favored. Candidate should have an engaging personality and look forward to working in a team-based environment centered on patient care.
Daily duties may include:
- Chairside assisting dentists
- Sterilization of instruments
- Disinfection and turning over operatories
- Lab work such as pouring models
- Filing patient charts
- Scheduling and greeting patients
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
