Dental Assistant

We are looking for a Dental Assistant who will help make our dental office more efficient. Someone who is team oriented, and has a positive attitude. It’s also important this person is well-organized, has great attention to detail, and able to multi-task. Experience is not a requirement; we are willing to train the right candidate that is motivated and ready to learn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in the dental office
• Prepare customers for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
• Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations
• Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
• Schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures

• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Attention to detail
• Well-organized and reliable
• High school diploma
• Additional certification or training is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 per week
