Dental Assistant

We are looking for a Dental Assistant with at least one year of experience who shares our commitment to excellent patient care and enjoys being part of a supportive, collaborative team. What You'll Do

As a Dental Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping our practice run smoothly while ensuring patients receive excellent care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing patients for dental treatments and helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit
• Selecting and setting up the instruments, equipment, and materials needed for procedures
• Sterilizing instruments and maintaining proper infection control protocols
• Assisting the dentist through four-handed dentistry
• Taking dental X-rays
• Completing laboratory tasks as needed
• Providing patients with oral hygiene guidance and post-operative care instructions
• Keeping treatment rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Supporting the doctor and team in delivering a positive, patient-centered experience

What We're Looking For

• At least one year of dental assisting experience preferred
• Ability to take dental X-rays; applicable certification or credentials must meet Nevada requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly, compassionate approach to patient care
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependability, professionalism, and a team-oriented attitude
• A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive office environment

Schedule

• Monday: 8 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8 AM – 6:00 PM

Team members are expected to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time for morning huddles.

Compensation$25-27 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
