Dental Assistant Instructor

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Dental Assisting Instructor to join our team. As an instructor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our students by providing high-quality education and practical training. Classes are held every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. for 13 weeks. As we grow, please be open to a 1pm-5pm Saturday session

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures on dental assisting topics.
• Provide hands-on training and demonstrations of dental procedures.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a supportive and positive learning environment.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements.
• Lead and instruct dental assistant classes, both theoretical and practical, following the established curriculum
• Utilize diverse teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and ensure comprehensive understanding.

Qualifications:

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in dental assisting.
• Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about education and student success
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
