Dental Assistant/Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our growing practice in Bundaberg, Queensland on a casual basis. As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist, you will play a vital role in supporting our dentists and ensuring the smooth running of our clinic. What you'll be doing

• Assisting dentists with patient examinations and procedures
• Preparing treatment rooms and sterilising instruments
• Greeting and registering patients, and handling patient enquiries
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
• Performing basic administrative duties to support the dental practice

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients
• Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities
• Familiarity with dental software and equipment
• A caring, patient-centric approach and a desire to provide excellent customer service
