What Makes This Role Awesome

We work Tuesday to Friday, which means you get a glorious 3-day weekend every week. With multiple locations across SA and Victoria, you’ll enjoy variety, new faces, and the occasional mini work trip (yes, we’re calling it a work adventure).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Chairside assisting (you’ll be right in the action)
• Clinical prep + record collection
• Patient care and management — with chances to learn treatment coordinating
• Sterilisation and instrument processing
• Keeping our clinical spaces sparkling and safe
• Charting and record management using practice software
• Answering phones + appointment management
• Processing payments
• General reception duties with a smile

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III in Dental Assisting (must-have)
• Orthodontic experience? Big bonus
• A positive, motivated, can-do attitude
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• A willingness to learn all things orthodontics
• Excellent communication with a caring, empathetic vibe
• Customer service superstar energy
• High attention to detail
• Flexibility to travel locally and interstate when needed

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 38.0 per week

Work Location: In person
